I am a science policy professional with experience in biological research, food security, and environmental policy. I am currently a Visiting Scholar in Vertebrate Biology at the Virginia Museum of Natural History developing my independent research program at the intersections of biodiversity and ecosystem services. I was previously a AAAS Science and Technology Policy Executive Branch Fellow and contractor at the U.S. Agency for International Development, and I completed my PhD as a Gates Cambridge Scholar at the University of Cambridge.
